Key Responsibilities

* Act as technical lead, guiding and reviewing the work of cross-functional teams across mechanical, electronics, software, and design disciplines.

* Support business development through proposal writing, client presentations, and strategic partnerships.

* Excellent communication and client relationship-building abilities.

* A 1st or 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering from a leading university.

* Hands-on experience with CAE tools, design validation, and a range of manufacturing processes — particularly high-volume methods such as injection moulding.

* Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering results to time, cost, and quality targets.

* Eligibility to work in the UK and willingness to work on-site at the company’s development studio.

Desirable:

* Experience in a consultancy or multi-client environment.

* Track record of technical leadership in product innovation or R&D environments.

* A passion for improving lives through design and engineering excellence.
