We are recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy and friendly manufacturing team in Wellingborough . This is a physically demanding role involving manual work and heavy lifting , making it ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work and keeping busy throughout the day. What You'll Be Doing Working in a fast-paced production environment Assisting with the manufacture, assembly, and packing of products Carrying out manual handling and heavy lifting duties Following health and safety procedures at all times Checking products meet quality standards Supporting colleagues across the production area as required What We're Looking For A positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliability, punctuality, and a good attendance record Ability to perform manual work and heavy lifting throughout the shift Team players who can work well with others Willingness to learn and take on new tasks Previous production or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential What's In It For You?
