Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm (30-minute unpaid lunch) Late

Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch) Pay: £13.50 per hour (Day Shift) or £18.60 per hour (Late Shift) An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Production Operative to join one of our longstanding clients, a leading manufacturer. This is a European-focused production role, supporting manufacturing operations and customers across multiple European markets. The successful candidate may be required to work collaboratively with colleagues and sites across Europe, so experience within an international or European production environment would be advantageous.

Experience in woodworking, carpentry or timber manufacturing Experience operating CNC machinery or production equipment Previous experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment

The Role Operate production machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently Assemble and finish high-quality timber doors and related products Follow work instructions, production schedules and operating procedures Maintain high quality standards throughout the manufacturing process Support the team in achieving daily production targets Keep work areas clean, safe and organised Take ownership of your work area, ensuring productivity and accuracy Report quality concerns, maintenance issues and improvement opportunities Support other departments when required Work safely at all times, following company health and safety procedures Assist with additional production projects as required If you're keen to join an exceptional team who can offer excellent training, career progression and the opportunity to work for one of the UK's leading timber manufacturers, then please apply to this Production Operative role below or call Martin Davis on between 8:00am - 4:30pm.
