Manufacturing ​/ Production Operative, Material Handler

As an Operative, you'll play a vital role in our site operations, reporting directly to the Site Manager. You'll be hands-on across various areas including raw materials, storage, production, dispatch, and housekeeping – all while maintaining the highest safety standards in line with CRH and SHE protocols. This is a full-time role working on a rotating shift pattern of 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 10pm, 10pm - 6am.

Due to the site's location and shift times, having your own transport is highly recommended.

• Achieving daily production targets
• Recording and reporting quality data
• Loading/unloading products from plant and vehicles
• Ensuring accurate and timely dispatch to meet customer expectations
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site
