Warwickshire County Council is seeking an employment support advisor to deliver the Connect to Work programme across Warwickshire, using a blended model of IPS or SEQF delivery. In this role you will support adults and young people with health, mental health or support needs to find and sustain employment, shaping and monitoring activity that helps residents progress towards sustainable employment.
