Immunisation Nurse - Band 5 - South Warwickshire - Term Time

Band 5 Immunisation Nurse (Term Time Only – 24hrs per week)

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Band 5 Immunisation Nurse to join our School Age Immunisation Service. This term‑time only role is ideal for a nurse passionate about public health and improving vaccination uptake within the community.

• Deliver immunisation programmes within schools and community settings in line with national and local guidance.
• Administer vaccinations safely under Patient Group Directions (PGDs) and national protocols.
• Support planning and coordination of immunisation sessions.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
• Provide advice and reassurance to children, young people, parents, and carers regarding vaccinations.
• Work collaboratively with schools, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective service delivery.
• Contribute to health promotion and infection prevention initiatives.

• Full NMC registration.
• Valid driving licence and access to own car; mileage will be paid for work‑related travel.
• Live in the UK.
