Role: Quality Control Technician

Location: Warwick, CV34 6TE

Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 16:30, Friday 08:00 - 13:00

Salary: Up to £36,085.00 pa DOE

This is a hands‑on, problem‑solving role where you’ll work alongside the Quality Manager and cross‑functional teams to identify root causes, implement solutions, and continuously improve product quality. You’ll use advanced inspection tools and structured analysis techniques to ensure issues are understood, addressed, and prevented from recurring.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Investigating quality concerns and identifying root causes
  • Analysing data and reporting findings clearly to stakeholders
  • Supporting and delivering corrective actions across departments
  • Using metrology equipment such as CMMs and laser scanners
  • Producing high‑quality reports and presentations
  • Managing investigations to agreed timescales
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and quality initiatives

  • Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and a structured approach to investigations
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
  • Confident using measurement equipment and quality tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage your own workload
