Location: North Warwickshire
Matchtech is seeking Lead / Launch Engineers for a Warwick-based six-month contract to support a major vehicle launch. The roles cover multiple commodity areas and require hands-on launch activity from build to launch, with a focus on quality performance and issue resolution across programmes.
Successful candidates will work with cross-functional teams to drive problem resolution, manage risk, and implement corrective actions while ensuring manufacturing readiness and continuous improvement
