Permanent, Full-Time Reference: WR 96724 You'll handle tenant enquiries, arrange and conduct property viewings, progress applications and support the lettings process through to move-in. The role also includes property inspections and offers the opportunity to develop your career with full training and ongoing professional support. What's in it for you (Benefits) £26,000-£36,000 basic salary depending on experience £30,000-£40,000 OTE including commission Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm with no Saturday working Full training and ongoing professional development Free parking and supportive team environment The Company Established residential lettings business with a strong local presence Provides professional lettings and property management services Customer-focused team with a commitment to service and professionalism What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator / Senior Lettings Negotiator Handle tenant enquiries and match applicants to suitable properties Arrange and conduct property viewings Progress applications and referencing through to move-in Liaise with landlords, tenants and other parties throughout the lettings process Carry out property inspections and provide feedback where required Generate new business and support the wider lettings team with achieving targets What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience) Previous experience in lettings, estate agency, sales or a customer-facing role Senior-level lettings experience for candidates applying at Senior Negotiator level Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Confident using IT systems and property software Proactive, positive and customer-focused approach Genuine can-do attitude with the ability to work as part of a team Full UK driving licence and access to a car Is this the role for you?
