Commis Chef

Aramark UK is recruiting for a motivated ched to join our kitchen team at
Warwick Castle, with shifts typically running between 8.00am and 4.00pm
, offering an excellent work/life balance rarely found in chef roles.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional kitchen while working at one of the UK's most iconic attractions. You'll support the team in delivering high-quality dishes across a variety of operations while learning from experienced chefs and developing your skills.

• Supporting multiple outlets across Warwick Castle, delivering a variety of food services, including working from a central production unit to dispatch food across the site
• Assisting with busy Conferences & Banqueting operations, catering for weddings, gala dinners, business lunches, private parties, Christmas events, and Warwick Castle's popular summer concerts
• Supporting the kitchen team with daily food preparation and service
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards
• Ensuring high levels of attention to detail and food quality
• Assisting with stock rotation and helping to minimise waste

• £13.05 per hour
• Full-tIme role with shifts typically between 8:00am - 4:00pm
  , with just occasional evening shifts for events.

• Basic food hygiene knowledge

• A genuine passion for food and developing your culinary skills
• Due to the nature of our business, you must be able to work weekends and bank holidays.
• Full UK driving licence (preffered but not essential)

As a seasonal attraction, this role is initially available until 22 December 2026.
