Customer Service Assistant (Brand New Store Opening)

Location: Warwick

Pay: £12.71 per hour

We’re opening an exciting brand-new store in Warwick this August
, and we’re looking for Customer Service Assistants to join our opening team. This new store will bring together a traditional convenience store with a fresh food-to-go offer, including a deli-style counter and in-store kitchen—giving you the opportunity to be part of something new from the very beginning.

Why this role is different:

You won’t just be joining an existing store—you’ll be helping to build and launch a brand-new one. As part of the opening team, you’ll play a key role in creating a great first impression for our customers and setting the standard from day one.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Delivering excellent customer service on the shop floor and at the till
  • Supporting with stock replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining availability
  • Keeping the store clean, tidy, and safe for customers and colleagues
  • Promoting offers, products, and Society membership
  • Handling deliveries and supporting stock control
Working as one team:

As part of this new concept store, you’ll work closely with colleagues across both retail and food-to-go areas. This means you may also:

  • Support with serving at the food counter during busy periods
  • Assist with basic food preparation or replenishment of food-to-go products
  • Help maintain cleanliness and standards in food service areas

Full training will be provided, and you’ll be supported to develop new skills.

This store is due to open in early August 2026. Successful candidates will be required to be available for training and induction during June and July 2026, supporting the store setup and launch.
