Butcher

Hi all, We are a hard working team, who strive to supply high quality produce and service to our clients. You will be required to manage a team of four in the day to day preparation of our orders for wholesale clients and retail. The butchery of whole carcass beef, lamb, chicken and pork is a skill that you must have.

You will also be required to help with ordering, stock rotation and quality control. We make all our own bacon, sausages, black pudding and charcuterie on site using the most local high welfare produce. Normal workings hours are 7.30am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday. The occasional Saturday may be required, if you work a Saturday you will get Monday off.
