Graduate Event Sales Associate
, full‑time, permanent position with a B2B events business that operates worldwide.

Ideal candidates will have customer‑facing experience, communicate confidently over the phone and email, and bring strong organisational and problem‑solving skills. Basic training is provided – no previous experience required.

• Reach out to senior decision makers by email, Linked In, and telephone to initiate conversations about upcoming global events.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential representatives to grow a portfolio of clients and book delegates onto events.
• Own the sales process, including building and managing pipelines within the CRM.
• Take control of pre‑event questionnaires.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree level education.
• Experience in a customer‑facing, office‑based role.
• Strong problem‑solving, organisation, and planning skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Own transport and driving licence.
• UK passport holder, able to travel internationally several times per year.

Competitive basic salary with an uncapped bonus structure, potentially adding an additional £3,000–£5,000 per annum (approx) in bonus.

Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
