Full-time, permanent Salary: £34,000-£36,000 basic (Senior Sales Consultant) | £24,000 OTE The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Consultant or Senior Sales Consultant to join a new-build residential development in central Cambridge. This role has become available as the current site consultant is moving across to another development - meaning there's a real chance to make the role your own from day one.

About the Site A well-located development within easy reach of central Cambridge 23 properties remaining to sell Build completion expected around December About You Previous experience in new homes sales is preferred Open to candidates at Sales Consultant level - Senior-level candidates will also be considered for the right fit Confident, self-sufficient and comfortable managing a site independently Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage the sales process from initial visit through to legal completion This is a full-time, site-based role in Cambridge - candidates must be able to commit to being on-site full-time What's on Offer Basic salary of £34,000-£36,000 OTE of £24,000 on top of basic salary The opportunity to take ownership of a site as the sole on-site consultant A central Cambridge location with good local amenities and transport links
