B2B Sales Executive

Greys Specialist Recruitment are recruiting for a B2B Sales Executive to join an established and growing business with an expanding commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business and identifying opportunities to generate revenue. You'll be responsible for selling advertising solutions across print and digital platforms, working with businesses to understand their objectives and recommend solutions that deliver genuine value.

The Role You'll take ownership of your own sales pipeline, combining new business development with account management to build lasting client relationships and maximise revenue opportunities. From identifying prospective clients and making initial contact through to presenting proposals, negotiating and closing deals, you'll manage the full sales cycle and play an important role in the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and cold calling. Build relationships with prospective and existing business clients. Understand client requirements and present relevant advertising solutions. Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms and close sales. Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities to generate additional revenue. Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to completion. Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your sales pipeline effectively.

Keep up to date with market trends and identify new commercial opportunities. Work towards and exceed individual sales targets. About You We're looking for a confident, commercially driven sales professional who enjoys speaking to people, spotting opportunities and converting conversations into business. You'll ideally have previous B2B sales experience, with backgrounds in advertising, media, publishing or other commercial sales environments particularly relevant.

Most importantly, you'll be comfortable generating new business, managing client relationships and working towards targets. You'll bring:
