Job Description & How to Apply Below

We are looking for a highly organised PET-CT Audit Administrator to join our Quality & Risk team, supporting the delivery of robust clinical governance and audit processes across our PET-CT services.

Reporting into the Director of Clinical Services function, this role sits at the heart of audit coordination, ensuring that data, reporting and compliance processes are accurate, timely and aligned with regulatory requirements. You will act as a central point of contact for PET-CT audit activity, working independently while collaborating with clinical and operational stakeholders across the business.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who thrives in a structured, data-focused environment and is confident working with multiple stakeholders. You will bring:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience working with audit processes, data tracking or reporting environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Good working knowledge of data management systems (e.g. Excel, SharePoint or similar tools).
  • Understanding of confidentiality, data protection and information governance principles.
  • Analytical thinking with the ability to identify discrepancies and elevate issues appropriately.

In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining high standards of clinical quality and compliance through the effective coordination of audit activity.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating the end-to-end PET-CT audit process, including case selection and submission.
  • Preparing and collating imaging datasets for external radiologist audit review.
  • Tracking and maintaining accurate audit records, including outcomes, discrepancies and actions.
  • Monitoring audit timelines and proactively following up with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Producing regular audit reports, including performance metrics, trends and compliance data.
  • Acting as the central point of contact for audit activity across radiologists, clinical teams and external auditors.
  • Supporting governance processes by escalating discrepancies or concerns where appropriate.
  • Ensuring all data is handled securely in line with information governance standards.
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement within audit processes and systems.
