About The Team
The Service Development and Assurance Team consists of 11 staff in various roles who focus on supporting and improving practice and the services provided by adult social care.
AboutThe Role
There are four main aspects to the role, but the main focus will be on co‑production.
If you have experience of working with people in a co‑production or engagement role, we would be interested in hearing from you. Our ethos is that the best way to improve social care services is to work in collaboration with people who have experience of using them.
You would be working with our two experienced Co‑production Leads and our dedicated group of Experts by Experience.
Key Responsibilities- Directly support Experts by Experience;
- Promote opportunities to work with adult social care;
- Communicate through a variety of methods including social media;
- Develop our webpages;
- Work with adult social care teams to embed our co‑production approach.
- A qualification in Social Care/Health Services or a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the care sector;
- Experience of co‑production or public engagement work;
- Knowledge and understanding of the Care Act 2014 and experience of working with quality assurance initiatives;
- Organisational and IT skills, including a sound working knowledge of MS Office applications such as Excel;
- Ability to work independently and on an agile working basis across home, Shire Hall, Warwick and occasionally at other venues in Warwickshire.
Candidates may be required to complete a short task as part of the interview process, if selected.
