Position: Supported Employment Journey Guide - Connect to Work

About The Role

We are looking for a journey guide to support on the delivery of the Connect to Work programme across Warwickshire, working to the IPS or SEQF model of supported employment.

In this key role, you will deliver a DWP-funded programme aimed at helping adults and young people with health, disabilities or mental health support needs to find and sustain employment. Working closely with colleagues, funders, and delivery partners, you will shape and monitor activity that supports residents to progress towards sustainable employment.

You will support individuals to gain and sustain employment by advocating for and implementing reasonable adjustments in the workplace. You will co‑create vocational profiles which translate into a clear and detailed action plan to ensure that each person receives a personalised programme of support tailored to their needs.

This is a high‑impact role offering the opportunity to make a real difference to individuals, communities, and the local economy.

The post is based at the Warwickshire Skills Hub in Nuneaton, with county‑wide travel and visits to neighbouring authorities anticipated.
