Warwickshire County Council’s Children with Disabilities Team seeks a Family Support Worker to join the Review Hub on a permanent basis. You will review support arrangements for disabled children and their families, identifying strengths and ensuring services meet assessed needs to promote positive outcomes.
The team covers the county with travel across Warwickshire; pre-engagement checks apply and a DBS check is required. Fluency in English is essential.
