Warwickshire County Council is seeking a dedicated Family Support Worker to join the Review Hub on a permanent basis. You will collaborate with children with disabilities, their families and partner agencies to review support plans and promote positive outcomes county‑wide.
You will travel across the county to support families, apply strengths‑based practice, and work with social workers to ensure services meet assessed needs while enabling greater independence and resilience for those you serve.
