Senior Game Designer

Rebellion’s design team is building a fresh, unannounced IP. The role requires a highly experienced designer who will deliver meticulously designed game features, documents and prototype specifications while supporting the team’s autonomy and collaboration.

• Create high‑quality game features, design documents, and prototype specifications that can be used throughout production.
• Play the game in production and provide constructive feedback, ensuring it aligns with the creative vision and lead designer’s expectations.
• Pre‑emptively identify and raise any upcoming issues on behalf of the team to the lead designer.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to drive the vision for new concepts and methods, supporting pipelines and designers’ workflows.
• Mentor junior design team members.

• Expert knowledge of creating game designs, documents, and prototype specifications.
• Deep understanding of the video game development process, including timely work and iterative prototyping.
• Knowledge of production pipelines.
• Willingness and ability to deliver high‑quality results.
• Experience and desire to mentor individuals and teams to achieve specific outcomes and solve problems creatively.
• Previous experience on shooter, sandbox, open‑world or multiplayer titles is beneficial but not essential.
