Thebusinessisrecruitingan Embedded Software Engineertosupportamajorvehicledevelopmentprogramme ,replacinganexistingplatformwithanewelectricvehicleplatform.

Youwilldevelopandintegrateproduction-intentembeddedsoftware,turningstakeholderrequirementsintovehiclefunctionalityandcontrolsystems.

Thisisahands-onengineeringrolecoveringmodel-based development,software implementation,systems integration,verificationandvehicletesting.

YouwillworkwithMATLAB/Simulink,EmbeddedC/C++andvehiclecommunicationtechnologies,supportingthesoftwarethroughmodel,software,hardware-in-the-loopandvehicle-based testing.

Thepositionalsooffersinvolvementinvehiclecommissioning,calibration,functionalsafetyandembeddedcybersecurity.

• Developembeddedcontrolsoftwareforanelectricvehicleapplication.
• UseMATLAB/Simulinkandmodel-baseddevelopmenttechniquestoimplementvehiclefunctionality.
• Translatestakeholderrequirementsintoproduction-qualityembeddedsoftware.
• Integratesoftwareintoanewvehicleplatformandsupportproductiondeployment.
• Usesoftwareverificationtoolstoassesscodecoverageandsoftwarestructure.
• Implementandexecuteteststhatdemonstratecompliancewithdefinedrequirements.
• Support model-in-the-loop,software-in-the-loop,hardware-in-the-loopandvehicletesting.
• Assistwithvehiclecommissioning,calibrationanddebugging.
