We're looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead with strong Node.js and React expertise to join a growing technology business delivering modern, cloud-native software solutions.

This is a hands-on leadership role - approximately 70% coding/architecture and 30% leading an onshore and offshore development team.

The Role Design and build applications using Node.js, React and Type Script.

Own technical architecture and key engineering decisions.

Build scalable backend services and REST APIs using Node.js.

Lead, mentor and support onshore and offshore developers.

Drive code quality, reviews and engineering standards.

Work with AWS, PostgreSQL, Docker and CI/CD.Collaborate with Architects, Cloud, Product and Business teams.

About You You'll have strong commercial experience with:

Node.js - essential

React 18+ and Type Script - essentialREST APIs and modern application architecture AWS and PostgreSQLDocker, Git and CI/CDLeading or mentoring development teams

Terraform, Kubernetes, Redis or microservices experience would be advantageous.

The Opportunity This role suits a strong developer who wants to lead from the front while remaining hands-on. You'll influence architecture and technical direction while helping build a high-performing development team.

Due to the collaborative nature of the role, you'll need to work 2-3 days per week onsite in the Midlands.
