The Opportunity

We’re looking for experienced Class 1 night drivers to join a long‑running operation with one of the UK’s most established logistics brands. Based in Lutterworth, this role offers consistent night shifts, steady trunking routes, and a professional, well‑organised working environment.

You’ll be completing RDC‑to‑RDC trunk runs only — no handball, no multidrop. All loads are palletised and moved using modern, well‑maintained curtain‑sided units. Shifts are paid a minimum of 8 hours, with most nights averaging around 10.

Pay Rates (Nights Only)

Monday–Friday Nights: £18.00 per hour
Saturday Nights: £21.00 per hour
Sunday Nights: £23.00 per hour

Requirements

Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
Minimum 1 year Class 1 driving experience
Valid CPC & Digi card
Professional, reliable, safety‑focused approach
