About the Role
If you are a very flexible person with your time.
Our client is looking for a reliable, very flexible, hardworking and practical individual to join their Events Operations Team.
The role involves driving and towing a trailer to market and event locations, followed by loading, unloading, setting up and dismantling market stalls and equipment. You will work as part of a team of around 7–8 people to ensure events are delivered safely and on time.
This is a physically active, outdoor role and would suit someone who enjoys practical work and has a flexible approach to working hours.

Hours of Work
A minimum of 14 hours per week will be available until mid-December, primarily on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Shift times and durations vary depending on the event schedule and may include daytime, evening and early-morning work.

Examples include:
Fridays: 16:00–19:00
Saturdays: 16:00–19:00
Sundays:
Various hours depending on the event
October–December:
Some Sunday shifts may be 00:00–04:00 and 18:00–22:00
Other Sunday shifts may include 23:45–02:45 and 17:45–21:45
Schedules will be provided in advance wherever possible. Total flexibility is essential.
Hours may reduce from January but are expected to increase again from March, with regular overtime opportunities available.

Key Responsibilities
Safely drive and tow trailers to and from event locations
Carry out basic vehicle and trailer safety checks
Load and unload equipment
Erect and dismantle market stalls
Set out equipment according to site plans
Work as part of the events team to ensure smooth event delivery
Maintain clean, safe and organised event sites
Follow health and safety procedures

Essential Requirements:
Full, valid UK driving licence
Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Flexible approach to working hours
Good communication and teamwork skills
