Location: Warwick
Pay: £14.00 £ 16.00 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 4:30pm

Recruitable Staffing Solutions are recruiting an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy warehouse and logistics operation in Warwick.

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for supervising a small warehouse team, allocating daily workloads and supporting the smooth running of the operation.

The successful candidate must have previous warehouse team-leading or supervisory experience and hold valid Forklift Truck licences. You will be expected to lead from the front, working alongside the team and operating FLT equipment when required.

The Role

As Warehouse Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and supporting a small team of warehouse operatives
• Allocating daily tasks and organising team workloads
• Helping the team achieve productivity, accuracy and service targets
• Monitoring performance and working standards
• Providing guidance and support to warehouse team members
• Operating Forklift Truck equipment safely when required
• Moving, loading and unloading stock
• Supporting picking, packing and general warehouse duties
• Checking stock, labels, paperwork and completed orders
• Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed
• Identifying and reporting operational issues to management
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse
• Completing shift handovers and providing operational updates

Skills and Experience Required

Candidates must have:

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Team Leader, Warehouse Supervisor or Senior Warehouse Operative
• Experience leading or overseeing a small warehouse team
• A valid Counterbalance FLT licence
• Recent experience operating Forklift Truck equipment
• Strong warehouse, stock-control and materials-handling experience
• Confidence allocating work and managing daily priorities
• Good communication and organisational skills
• A hands-on and proactive approach
• The ability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00am 4:30pm

An Aisle Master licence or previous Aisle Master experience would be highly desirable.

Candidates holding valid Counterbalance and Reach Truck licences with recent operating experience will also be considered.
