Primex Farms, LLC is seeking a Roaster Lead Operator (Tier
2) to oversee roasting activities and ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards in Wasco, CA. You will manage a crew, calibrate roasters, and maintain logs and process records to support CCP controls within HACCP.
You will coordinate with QA, Maintenance, Scheduling, and Production Management, train staff, and uphold all GMP and allergen controls. Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs and work in hot environments.
