A leading provider in quality assurance is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician in Wasco, California. The role requires assisting in coordination of GMP/HACCP Food Safety Programs and ensuring compliance with audits. Responsibilities include sampling product, verifying logs, and conducting environmental swabbing. Candidates must possess strong math skills and attention to detail. This is a full-time position with a shift from 3:00 PM to 12:30 AM, Monday through Friday, with Saturday availability as needed.
