What you'll do...

• Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner.
• Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs.
• Schedule clients according to their preferences.
• Ensure all client needs are met during service, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organize resources with team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Expertise

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in customer service.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Pay Range Information

The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $16.00 per hour, subject to local minimum wage laws. Compensation depends on experience, education, skills, performance, and location.
