Continue your journey as a Material Compliance Engineer at Cinch Connectivity Solutions. You’ll ensure Cinch Connectivity Solutions products meet all relevant environmental, legal, and safety regulations regarding their materials usage.
Are You Looking To- Interpret federal and international product compliance regulations, including those for RoHS, REACH, PROP
65, CMRT and SCIP Database for electrical components. - Work with engineering and development teams to ensure new and existing products comply with material standards and take corrective action for those that are non‑compliant.
- Compile, analyze, and manage data on material content, often using excel databases and internal operating systems.
- Create and maintain compliance documentation, review materials, and handle submissions to customers.
- Initiate supplier material and conflict mineral declaration requests from suppliers, monitor progress and review and validate responses.
- Help develop and maintain internal policies and procedures for material compliance and may provide training for other departments.
What You’ll Need
- BS degree in Environmental Science, Materials Science or Engineering degree.
- Ability to interpret regulatory frameworks and provide guidance on compliance requirements.
- 1–3+ years relevant experience working in a manufacturing setting.
- Travel limited or as requested by Management.
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
