The Manufacturing Support Engineer will be responsible for ensuring manufacturability in new product designs, diagnosing manufacturing issues, improving manufacturing processes in a fast paced, innovation-centric environment. This also includes, providing system analysis of customer applications and root cause analysis of product and customer system issues.

Are You Looking To:

Support Design Engineering and Manufacturing Teams to fulfill customers’ needs in a timely manner.
Debug, Diagnose, Correct, and Document manufacturing problems as they arise.
Improve Manufacturing processes to increase quality, efficiency, and/or throughput
Participate in new product development efforts with manufacturability design input
Display a professional demeanor and dress when representing Bel to Customers and Suppliers.
Mentor Engineers and Technicians.

What You'll Need:

BS Engineering with 5-10 years of high-speed electronics design and manufacturability
Three to five years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment
Must be a Lawful U.S. Permanent Resident or Citizen
Schematic Capture (ORCAD) or equivalent
High Speed PCB Layout, Organic and Ceramic Materials
Strong Electronic Circuit Failure Analysis Capability
802.11 Ethernet up to 10GE
Fiber Channel up to 10 x FC
SPI. I2C, RS-232/422
