Clinical Trainees provide diagnostic assessments, psychotherapy, and skills-based services to children, adults, and families while working under the supervision of a licensed mental health professional. This role offers meaningful client work, strong clinical supervision, and hands‑on experience toward licensure.

• Provide individual, family, group, and/or skills-based therapy
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and determine service eligibility
• Meet productivity and documentation standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and community partners
• Participate in individual and group clinical supervision
• Attend required trainings, meetings, and ongoing professional development

• Master’s degree (or current graduate student in field placement) working toward LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP
• Strong ethics, professionalism, and commitment to learning
• Ability to manage time independently and work collaboratively
• Openness to feedback and clinical growth
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check
