The RN Clinical Nurse Supervisor (CNS) is responsible for leading and overseeing the delivery of clinical care within the Assisted Living setting. This role ensures high-quality, person-centered services in compliance with the Minnesota Nurse Practice Act, Assisted Living Licensure regulations (Minn. Stat. 144G), and applicable organizational policies. The CNS manages care planning, supervises nursing and unlicensed personnel, and plays a key role in regulatory compliance, interdisciplinary collaboration, and staff development.

• Current, unencumbered RN license in MN
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in assisted living, skilled nursing, or community health
• Demonstrated supervisory experience with nursing or direct care staff
• Knowledge of Minnesota Nurse Practice Act, 144G/245D regulations, and relevant healthcare standards
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and clinical judgment skills

• Education or coursework in healthcare administration or leadership
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Experience with Electronic Health Records and digital care documentation platforms
