Are you a compassionate, self-driven funeral director looking for a meaningful career in a supportive, team-oriented environment? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our growing team serving families across five locations in South Central Minnesota.
We proudly operate Dennis-Steffel-Omtvedt Funeral and Cremation Service in Waseca, Janesville, and Waterville, and Schoenbauer Funeral Homes in Montgomery and Le Center. Across all our locations, we believe that the key to providing exceptional care starts with supporting our staff.

- Competitive salary starting at $70,000+ (based on experience)
- 20% of salary contribution to retirement

- Relocation assistance with funeral home‑provided housing available
- On‑call schedule:
One night per week (Monday–Thursday) and every third weekend (no backup weekends — one weekend on, two weekends off).
- A licensed funeral director (or an individual eligible for licensure in Minnesota).
- Someone who thrives in a team setting but can also take initiative independently.
