Production Supervisor - Machining

Continue your journey as a Production Supervisor at Cinch Connectivity Solutions. You will supervise work areas such as Machine Shop in a manner which will achieve group objectives with regard to safety, quality, continuous improvement, schedule, cost, training, and a positive working environment. Our Production team is proud of their contributions, supporting a broad range of internal customers and requests while ensuring the uninterrupted development and manufacturing of high-tech products for key industries like aerospace and defense.

• Provide oversight to capacity and production planning to ensure on time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure production schedules are being met and resolve any production schedule issues.
• Plan daily work assignments and periodic rotations for assigned employees to meet objectives.

• Establish objectives and procedures governing the performance of assigned activities.
• Review and approve the implementation of departmental and oversight area plans that support the operational plan.
• Interview, hire, and train associates; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in a business, engineering or related discipline preferred.
• 1-5 years relevant manufacturing experience in a leadership role preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Compensation: $86,000 - $90,000 per year
