Quality Engineering Technician

Overview

Start your journey as a Quality Engineering Technician at Cinch Connectivity Solutions. You will confirm product conformance and process capability. Our Quality team is proud of their contributions, supporting a broad range of internal customers and requests while ensuring the uninterrupted development and manufacturing of high‑tech products for key industries like aerospace and defense.

• Conduct mechanical and electrical testing and inspection/verification to defined specifications for new and existing products, raw material, warranty returns and calibration.
• Provide test reports with recommendations for improvement. Participate in simple test fixture construction for material, product or process analysis.
• Perform audits on piece parts, sub‑assemblies or completed products.
• Participate in activities within AS9100, ISO and Lean Manufacturing methodologies for problem prevention, identification of corrective actions, and verify solutions.

• Maintain data collection, entry, or reporting to assure product conformance, process capability, or equipment calibration.
• Set‑up and operate a variety of mechanical or electronic measuring equipment, provide support for special processes.

• Minimum of three years relevant quality experience.
• Must have knowledge of inspection techniques and blueprint reading.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be J Standard certified or acquire certification.
• Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
