• Ensure accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling, and HACCP logs.
• Analyze inventory efficiencies for product orders.
• Implement cost controls.
• Monitor people charts and production planning and adjust as needed.
• Create and monitor schedules; manage onboarding.
• Implement action plans to address employee needs and operational assessments.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication with guests and team.
• Issue resolution in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Motivate employees, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available for all shifts – open, close, weekend, and holidays.
