Pharmacy Manager – Multi‑Site Role (Greenfield, OH; Waverly, OH; Washington Court House, OH)

Adena Health System is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Manager to lead operations across multiple sites. This dynamic, traveling role ensures exceptional pharmacy services while supporting staff development, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations at assigned sites, ensuring compliance with state/federal laws, policies, and accreditation standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop pharmacy staff, including hiring, evaluations, and performance management.
• Collaborate system‑wide on strategic planning, process improvements, quality initiatives, and program development.
• Manage budgets, staffing, and inventory while maintaining high ethical and professional standards.
• May serve as Pharmacist‑in‑Charge at any Adena Health System site and work across areas including Inpatient, Ambulatory, Retail, Clinical, and Specialty Pharmacy.

• Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited Pharmacy program; residency or advanced degree preferred.
• Licensure:
  Current Ohio Pharmacy license required;
  Board certification preferred.
• Experience:
  
  3–5 years of pharmacy experience with demonstrated leadership, initiative, and team management.
