Responsibilities- Support all desktop operating systems and applications including but not limited to Windows 7/10, Office 2016, Production Labeling System, etc.
- Configure/Install all new computers (desktop and laptop)
- Support Associates thru Helpdesk activities.
- Support video conference activities.
- Support all Desktop/Laptop, scale, thermal printer, and handheld scanner hardware issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all hardware and software license agreements.
- Conduct new hire orientation training for all new/promoted associates that will be accessing the computer network for the first time and continuing education for all associates.
- Support Production Labeling system through upgrades, troubleshooting, and pro-active upgrades.
Education: Associate s Degree (two-year college or technical school), or equivalent years in work experience
Experience: 2 plus years of experience Computer
Skills:
Windows 7/10, Office 2016, General Troubleshooting, Wi-Fi, General TCP/IP and network functionality. C# experience a plus. Aplus certification a plus.

Associates or better.
Experience Preferred2 years: 2 plus years of experience Computer
Skills:
