Full-Time | Thursday–Saturday, 4:00 PM – 4:30 AM
$26–$40/hr (based on experience) + $2/hr overnight premium

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in diesel, trailer, or refrigeration maintenance (DOT annual inspections & air brakes required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must own a toolbox and possess required tools
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment background check and drug screen
- Strong work ethic and team‑oriented attitude
- Preventative maintenance on trailers, trucks, refrigeration units, and APUs
- Brake replacements, suspension repairs, and DOT/FHWA inspections
- Diagnosing electrical systems & ABS brake system repairs
- Tire services, including mounting, dismounting, balancing, and flat repairs
- Structural repairs on trailers, rear door replacements, and washouts
- Troubleshooting APUs and providing road service calls
- Maintaining a clean and organized shop, as well as servicing company vehicles
- Safely operating forklifts, hoists, and other tools
- Performing additional duties and responsibilities as needed
