Job Overview
Field Technician role front lines installing and repairing services, educating customers on their use. Entry‑level role with training and progression.
CompensationEarn $22.00/hour, with potential to increase pay through self‑progression program. Base pay generally between $20.00 and $27.80.
Key Responsibilities- Installing, repairing and testing broadband, TV, mobile and voice services.
- Providing on‑site customer support and educational assistance.
- Using hand tools and equipment in various outdoor environments.
- Traveling to customer premises and company facilities.
- Working in inclement weather and confined spaces.
- Maintaining accurate records of service calls and troubleshooting.
- Staying active outdoors; no two days are the same.
- Solving problems and overcoming daily challenges.
- Building meaningful relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Earning $20+/hr from day one with opportunities for self‑progression and professional growth.

Required Qualifications- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to travel, including inclement weather, to assigned customer premises and company facilities.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency using computers and software applications; competent using hand tools.
- Effective communication, professionalism, time management, organization, critical thinking, responsibility and reliability.
- Valid driver’s license with safe driving record.
- Physical ability to walk over various terrains, carry tools up to 345 lbs, lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders up to 32 ft, work in confined spaces and at heights, operate vehicle, work outdoors for extended periods in any season and inclement weather.
