Cox Paving is seeking an experienced Asphalt Screed Laborer to join our paving crew in Washington Court House, Ohio. The role focuses on hands-on screed work, assisting the paving machine operator, maintaining grade, depth, and material consistency. Applicants should have prior experience on asphalt paver screeds and related tasks.
Candidates should be able to read grades and plans, coordinate with foremen and lead operators, and comply with OSHA safety standards. CDL is a plus but not required.
