Financial Package

• Weekly Pay: $1,052.67 – $2,000.69 per week (full‑time drivers on this fleet)
• Annual Pay: $54,704.00 – $ per year (full‑time drivers)
• Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $0.68 – $0.72 per mile, depending on experience
• Transition Package: $1,800, including $1,000 for orientation during the first two weeks
• Full pay package includes accessorial compensation such as tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, over‑dimensional pay, mileage pay, and other appropriate pay

Hiring Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A CDL
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Minimum 4 months of driving experience
• Safe driving record
  
  No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
• Preferred: 1‑year truck driving experience (optional)
• Background check required
• Clean drug test required
• Clean clearinghouse result required
• Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice (tested during orientation for all flatbed drivers)
