Off most weekends for a 34‑hour reset
- Weekly Pay: $1,052.67 – $2,000.69 per week (full‑time drivers on this fleet)
- Annual Pay: $54,704.00 – $ per year (full‑time drivers)
- Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $0.68 – $0.72 per mile, depending on experience
- Transition Package: $1,800, including $1,000 for orientation during the first two weeks
- Full pay package includes accessorial compensation such as tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, over‑dimensional pay, mileage pay, and other appropriate pay

- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Minimum 4 months of driving experience
- Safe driving record
No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years - Preferred: 1‑year truck driving experience (optional)
- Background check required
- Clean drug test required
- Clean clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice (tested during orientation for all flatbed drivers)
