Experteer Overview In this role you will lead and shape Service Now implementations for clients, aligning solutions with business needs and enterprise architecture. You work within IBM Consulting to deliver scalable, secure Service Now architectures and drive successful project delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Service Now with other enterprise systems, balancing technical design with customer outcomes. • 3+ years of experience as a Business Technology Analyst, Architect, or related technology role in enterprise environments Deep hands-on experience designing, implementing, and architecting Service Now solutions Service Now Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Strong understanding of the Service Now ecosystem and experience integrating Service Now with other enterprise platforms and systems Experience performing architectural analysis including infrastructure and integration requirements Experience with solution architecture, technical design, effort estimation, and implementation planning Strong IT Service Management (ITSM) understanding and translating requirements into scalable architectures Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work with clients and technical teams Key requirements Healthcare benefits (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) with matching and stock purchase plan paid time off aaaa
