Head of Data Services

This is an opportunity to lead a Data Services function covering Business Intelligence, Data Science, Digital Analytics, and Marketing Technology. You will shape strategy, develop teams, and drive the adoption of AI across data services. The Role Define the strategy and roadmap for the Data Services function. Lead teams across Business Intelligence, Data Science, Digital Analytics, and Marketing Technology. Drive the use of AI within data services workflows and delivery. Establish standards and best practices across analytics, reporting, and measurement. Support revenue growth through client development and new business opportunities. Partner with senior stakeholders to align data initiatives with business goals.

Develop and mentor practice leads and senior specialists. Present data strategies and recommendations to senior client stakeholders. Contribute to the organisation's presence within the data and analytics market. Your Skills & Experience Leadership experience across multiple data disciplines. Strong understanding of analytics, measurement, BI, and data services. Ability to lead technical teams and support delivery quality. Experience implementing AI-enabled processes or transformation programmes.

Commercial awareness and experience supporting business growth. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
