The Role You will be responsible for delivering actionable insights across the customer lifecycle, helping the business better understand subscriber behaviour and improve key commercial metrics.

Responsibilities include:

Analyse customer journeys and subscription funnels to identify conversion opportunities and reduce drop-off. Track and report on subscription, retention, and engagement metrics through dashboards and regular performance analysis. Conduct deep-dive investigations into customer behaviour, retention trends, and audience engagement patterns. Develop and refine Lifetime Value (LTV) models to support strategic decision-making. Build and enhance churn prediction models to identify at-risk customers and improve retention outcomes.

Work with large-scale datasets to uncover trends and generate actionable recommendations. Partner with product, growth, marketing, and engineering teams to define success metrics and measure performance. Ensure high-quality data capture and support improvements to data collection processes. Present analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your Skills & Experience Strong commercial experience in data analytics, customer analytics, lifecycle analytics, or subscription analytics.

Advanced SQL skills with experience working in cloud-based data warehouse environments. Experience creating data models and transforming raw event data into analysis-ready datasets. Strong dashboarding and reporting experience using BI tools such as Looker Studio or similar platforms. Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques including cohort analysis, experimentation, regression, survival analysis, and predictive modelling. Experience developing LTV, retention, or churn analysis frameworks.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate complex insights and influence stakeholders across multiple business functions.

Experience with Python or R would be beneficial. Exposure to web or app analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel would be advantageous.
