We’re currently looking for Production Operatives to join our manufacturing team at our Washington site. You’ll become part of a lively, supportive, and dynamic team, helping to handcraft the high-quality, made‑to‑measure blinds and curtains that Hillarys is known for.
No previous experience? No problem.We’re looking for people with the right attitude, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering outstanding products every time.
What You’ll Be Doing- Working as part of a skilled production team
- Manually creating high-quality bespoke blinds and curtains
- Following processes to ensure consistent product quality
- Maintaining a safe and organised working environment
- A positive, can‑do attitude
- A strong team player who enjoys hands‑on work
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- Monday to Thursday - 05:45-16:00 and 06:45-17:00
- Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week
- Plus a Christmas shutdown period
