Are you an experienced Injection Mould Toolmaker or Tooling Technician, looking to join a well-established, global manufacturing company offering training, overtime and long-term career opportunities?
Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a maintenance engineer to join the team, working out of their state-of-the-art facility in Washington.
You will be involved in planned and reactive maintenance on press and injection moulding tooling in a fast-paced production environment, as well as diagnosing tooling failures and implementing corrective actions. You will also be required to carry out MIG, TIG and Arc welding as required.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience maintaining and repairing injection mould tools within a plastics manufacturing environment. Candidates with a background solely in metal pressing, fabrication or general toolmaking will not be suitable.

The Role:
* Maintenance Engineer - Injection moulding - 3 shift
* Maintenance and repairs to plastic injection moulding machines
* Troubleshooting tooling issues
* Welding repairs
The Candidate:
* Maintenance experience within plastic injection moulding
* TIG Welding essential, MIG and ARC highly beneficial
* Experience with hot runner/manifold systems highly beneficial
