Stock Integrity Coordinator PAS

Location: Washington, Tyne & Wear, NE38 8QU

Salary: £25,935 per annum

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm | 37.5 hours per week

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Pacifica is looking for an organised and detail-focused Stock Integrity Coordinator to join our warehouse team in Washington.

This is a key role within our warehouse operation, responsible for maintaining stock accuracy, inventory control and efficient stock storage
. You'll monitor stock levels and usage, carry out stock takes, investigate discrepancies and help ensure the right stock is available in the right location.

• Manage stock control and inventory accuracy across the warehouse.
• Carry out regular perpetual and full stock takes
  .
• Monitor stock usage and adjust warehouse locations to improve efficiency.
• Investigate stock discrepancies, lost stock and non-moving stock
  .
• Review and adjust minimum and maximum stock levels.
• Monitor stock trends and relocate stock where required.
• Ensure stock is stored safely and in suitable pickable locations.
• Manage the return of stock and parts to suppliers.
• Liaise with Fixzone regarding warehouse stock locations.
• Support improvements in pick efficiency, stock valuation and stock loss reduction.
• Maintain high health and safety standards across stock locations.
• Assist with training colleagues on stock control processes.

You’ll ideally have experience in stock control, inventory management or inventory administration
.

• Confident investigating stock discrepancies and identifying trends.
• Comfortable using warehouse or inventory management systems.
• Able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
• Proactive and focused on improving warehouse efficiency.
• Committed to maintaining high health and safety standards.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft office and advanced user of Excel (Pivot tables, V Look Up)
