Automotive Mobile Diagnostic Technician

Protech Automotive Solutions is looking for a highly talented, dedicated, and quality-focused teammate to provide top‑tier service to our customers.

The Mobile Diagnostic Technician will perform all‑purpose duties, including applying technical knowledge to assist customers, answering inbound and outbound phone calls in support of Autel scanning units, addressing technical questions related to scanning procedures, and conducting research to understand, explain, and resolve vehicle technology issues.

• $29 per hour

• 2+ years of prior experience as a diagnostic technician (I‑CAR & ASE certifications preferred)
• Must currently have or be willing to obtain the proper tools to successfully complete job duties as assigned
• Must be able to pass all pre‑employment screenings, including background checks

• Minimum age requirement of 21+ years
• Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
